enthusiasts from both North and South Carolina as well as several other
neighboring states.

Our Lab Friends

Wildrose Kennels -Wildrose is the oldest and most selective trainer and breeder
of fine British and Irish Labradors in North America. They offer the discriminating
American Waterfowler and Upland enthusiast the opportunity to own an authentic,
English Gentleman's Gundog. Wildrose Kennels is a full-time breeding and training
facility, owned and operated by Mike and Cathy Stewart. Located on 141 acres of
some of the finest GunDog training grounds around, just one mile from the Yocona
River and 12 miles outside of Oxford, Mississippi. All brood stock is imported for their
selective breeding program. They have also been recognized by Orvis as an Orvis
endorsed gundog program. Wildrose is also the home of "DRAKE" The Official
Retriever of Ducks Unlimited. Mike and Drake can be seen each week on DU TV and
they also travel all across the country to various DU Outdoor Festivals. So the next

Coolwater Kennels - Located just south of Oxford, MS in the small community of
Banner. Coolwater Kennels is located on just over 600 acres of what was once a catfish
farm. This holds special meaning to Clay. His uncle and cousin built this farm years ago.
Clay used to spend every summer there. Now, it is maintained strictly as the gundog
training grounds for Alex Washburn and her Labradors. Alex can be seen all around the
